How To Contact This Directory
This page is the direct line to the people who maintain the directory. Questions about the free walking tours, the free-entry rules at Valencia monuments and museums, or anything else published here are welcome. Some questions land better elsewhere: a reservation, a meeting point change or a message to a guide belongs on GuruWalk or freetour.com, where the walk was reserved. Everything else, send it here.
Corrections keep this directory honest, and a short note is enough. A wrong meeting point, an unclear language, a changed free-entry rule at a museum or a tower: if something printed here no longer matches the city, say so in a sentence or two. Small fixes are the most useful messages this page receives, and they are acted on quickly.
- Questions about a specific walk, its meeting point, its duration or its language, sent before you reserve a free spot.
- Reports of changed opening hours or free-entry rules at a Valencia monument or museum, such as the Sunday and holiday window at the towers.
- If a guide's GuruWalk page or the freetour.com listing will not load, or a link on this site points to a page that no longer works, send the address of the page you were reading and a note of what you clicked.
- Suggestions for free places in Valencia the directory has missed, from a quiet garden to a free-entry day at a museum.
- Corrections to any printed figure, including a walk's rating, its review count or the scale it is rated on.

What Happens After You Write
Your message is read by the person who maintains the directory, not by a support desk. Replies cover what this site can fix: a wrong figure, a broken link, an unclear description of a free-entry rule. Booking questions are pointed to GuruWalk or freetour.com, because that is where the reservation lives and where the guide will see it. Most messages get a reply within a few days.
What This Site Cannot Help With
This site runs none of the walks. Each of the 36 free walking tours listed here belongs to an independent local guide, and the reservation sits on GuruWalk or freetour.com. Changing a date, adding a person or cancelling a place is done on the platform where the booking was made. The directory can describe the walks, but it cannot touch a reservation.
Tipping is outside this site's hands too. Every walk here is free, pay what you want: you reserve a free spot, walk with the guide, and tip whatever the walk was worth to you. No figure is suggested anywhere on this site, and none will be given in a reply. What a walk was worth is entirely your call, made at the end.
Complaints about a walk go to the guide or to the platform where it was reserved, GuruWalk or freetour.com. This site can note a recurring problem on a walk's page, but it cannot resolve one, refund a tip or pass a message to a guide on your behalf. The guide who ran the walk is the person to speak to first.
One last thing this site cannot promise: schedules. Departure times, meeting points and languages are set by each guide on their own listing, so the guide's page is the place to confirm them. Free-entry rules at monuments and museums belong to the venue to announce, and they can change. The directory prints what it knows and points you to the source for the rest.
